My husband and I just joined our local CSA in Colorado and we can't wait until June when we start to get fresh vegetables, fruits, and eggs. Our CSA does a work share program so we will be spending time on the farm collecting eggs and helping to harvest our crops. I am looking forward to being introduced to new vegetables and trying out new recipes. Our farm will provide us with information about different, unusual food items and recipes and tips on how to prepare. I am so excited about CSAs! My toilet recently broke and i went all over the city of new york looking for the cheapest toilet. Boy was i surprised to find a great reuse store in the south Bronx. Not only did i find a cheap gently used toilet for $35 but i also found a great marble sink to go with it all under 120 bucks.
